  • I don't want to pay for the release impound fees. Could Bartolo Management, get those fees waived?
    No! Bartolo Management, does NOT earn ANY income from any of the vehicles, being towed. Nor, will Mr.C's towing will be able to get your towing fee waived.
  • My Vehicle Is Towed

  • Can I park inside inside the property, without a parking placard?
    No!! Mr.C's towing, will tow anyone's vehicle if they are missing their parking placard.
  • How do I avoid, getting my vehicle towed?
    Please ensure that your parking placard is hanging from your rearview mirror, prior to parking your vehicle. Furthermore, please follow the rules in regards to the parking regulations, that are stipulated on your rental agreement.
  • What do I do if something is broken?
    If it's an emergency during business hours, please contact the office immediately at (562) 295-6000. If it is an emergency and its after hours, you may contact us at any time. Emergencies are things like, fire and major water leaks, etc. However, if it's a non-emergency, you may submit a work-order on your dedicated online portal.
  • I am moving out, what do I do?
    Please provide us with a 30-day notice of your intent to vacate the apartment. Please fill out and send a 30 notice to vacate, to the office. Please include the following on your notice to vacate. Your full name, including any other adults residing in the household. Address with apt # Date notice is given Date you are vacating (must be 30 days or more) The reason you are moving Your forwarding address A phone number where you may be reached Did you have a garage? Parking space? Any additional info that we should know about Please be aware that we will need to do a walk-out inspection with you, to determine the condition the unit is upon move out so that we may determine how much security deposit you will receive back.
  • What happens if my lease is up?
    We value the relationships of all of our residents; therefore, your lease will turn into a month-to-month rental agreement.
  • What if I have a problem with one of my neighbors, disturbing my peace. Who do I call?
    If any of the residents are violating the rental agreement, by playing loud music, parking additional vehicles on the property, please reach out to us immediately! Management will need to go on the property to witness this type of event, in order to take legal action against this person, including eviction. We will not disclose your name or information to the other party, as the party may retaliate. However, we will first talk to the individual, and we will give them a friendly warning. However, if the violation continues, we will take the necessary action to terminate tenancy.
  • How do I request maintenance?
    To submit a maintenance request please use your online resident portal or email me directly for fastest response. However, if you don't have any hot water or electricity inside your home, please call us at (562) 295-6000
  • Are there a grace period for paying my rent late?
    No. The due date of your rent is stipulated on your rental agreement. If the rent is late by one day, a late fee will be charged.
  • When is my rent due?
    Your rent due date is stipulated on your lease agreement.
  • What is the late fee and are there any grace period?
    The late fee is stipulated on your rental agreement. Furthermore, there are no grace periods. If the rent is one day late, then a late fee will be applied.
  • I cannot pay my rent and I am facing financial hardship. What can I do?
    Please communicate with us. We will do our best to provide you with the financial assistance that is available to you. For example, there are many charities and non-profit organizations that will assist tenants with their rent payments. Furthermore, the state of California will periodically provide rental relief to tenants. If there are any rent-relief programs available, we will gladly work with you and with the rent-relief program that is available to you. We do not want to evict anyone!
  • What if happens if I disturb the peace?
    A notice to cure or quit will be served upon you. If the violation continues, legal action will be initiated.
  • What happens if I pay the rent late?
    If your rent is past-due by several days, we will call you to remind you that we had not received your rent payment. However, if a response is not received, one of our attorney's will serve you a notice to pay your rent or quit. If the rent is not received within the specified time frame, our attorney will file an unlawful detainer, and eviction proceedings will begin.
  • Can I pay my rent online
    Yes! You could pay your rent online, by visiting www.Bartolo.com
  • Can I submit a work order or customer service request?
    Yes! You could submit a work order online, and we will reach out to you to schedule a day and time to fix or repair any issues that you may have with your home.
  • What forms of payment do you accept on the online portal?
    We accept Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) through your checking account or savings account. We also accept credit cards, however there is a 4% transaction fee.
